Rebecca Blalock

Dr. Rebecca A. Blalock is a seasoned business and education leader who has inspired many people to become the very best version of themselves. For more than 25 years, she has served as faculty, advisor, mentor, and dean to more than 1000 students from many parts of the world in programs ranging from the postsecondary diploma to the doctoral level. In addition, as a higher-education administrator, Dr. Blalock guided and inspired more than 100 deans and over 500 faculty. Before serving full-time in higher education administration, Dr. Blalock spent ten years at a global enterprise software organization where she led customer education and product consulting teams that partnered with Fortune 500 companies.

 Dr. Blalock has become known as a holistic mentor and trusted business partner. Her areas of expertise are organizational leadership, remote/virtual teams, higher education administration, distance education, academic compliance, and data analytics. Dr. Blalock holds a baccalaureate and master of science degrees in computer science and a doctor of management in organizational leadership.
