Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. No Refund Period
Payments are non-refundable within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date of the service, program, or engagement.
3. After Service Delivery

no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations Outside 30 Days
If a cancellation request is submitted more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date:
- A refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion
- Administrative or processing fees may be deducted
5. Transfers / Deferrals
