Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for programs, courses, consulting services, and related offerings are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. No Refund Period

Payments are non-refundable within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date of the service, program, or engagement.

3. After Service Delivery

Once a service, course, program, or consulting engagement has:

  • Commenced, or
  • Been substantially delivered, or
  • Been completed

no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations Outside 30 Days

If a cancellation request is submitted more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date:

  • A refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion
  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted
5. Transfers / Deferrals

At the Company’s sole discretion, payments may be:

  • Transferred to a future cohort or engagement, or
  • Credited toward another program or service

Requests must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed.

6. Failure to Attend or Participate

Failure to attend, access, or participate in a program or service does not qualify for a refund.
