Background

Luke Allan is the chief builder at Transcontinental University.  Over the last 20+ years, Luke has worked on international projects including hotel construction, power generation, pharmaceutical construction, and office and housing developments. This has included working in different countries in Europe, The Middle East, and Asia. This global experience in different cultures and methods of working combined with multiple graduate degrees offers clients incredible strategic insights. In addition, Luke has authored numerous articles that speak to his experiences and achievements.
